Laser die-cutting does it all!
There are now many new possibilities for designing your packaging: thanks to laser technology, decorative cuts, highlights or even customised grooves, cutting and milling are now all possible, even for corrugated board!
In our final digital processing the corrugated board is laser-stamped using a Highcon Euclid III – the first installation of its kind in Europe! This laser die-cutting unit allows a fineness of cutting that was previously unattainable. This opens up new opportunities in terms of both packaging geometry and design.
It also does away with the need to make up tools and blocks. This lowers costs, saves resources and speeds the process immensely.

Brilliant printed image, personalisation
Direct digital printing onto corrugated board
For fine offset-quality digital printing on corrugated board, the Durst Delta WT 250 multi-pass printing system is used, equipped with odourless Durst Water Technology.
Durst’s water-based WT inks make it possible to print in HD quality, yet contain no substances harmful to health and satisfy the strictest health and safety regulations – indeed, they already satisfy the future guidelines on sustainable packaging products for the retail food industry.

All corrugated boards are available with either brown or white outer walls. We also offer types with a white coloured coating on the outer surface, which gives the cartons a high-class, all-over gloss.
