Plastic Trays for Chocolate Boxes and Baked Goods
In order to be able to offer you packaging and sorting inserts which comply with the highest demands of hygiene, we are also certified – alongside our cleanroom production – in accordance with the strict BRC/IoP hygiene concept certification, which also includes HACCP. For you, this means a consistently high standard of quality, whether you require plastic trays for chocolate boxes, sorting inserts for baked goods, blister packaging, or inserts for advent calendars.
In addition to normal room temperatures, our products are equally well-suited for the chilled and the frozen aisles.

The use of ESD materials prevents dangerous, unwanted electrostatic charge on your components.
Our workpiece carriers and small load carrier inlays are available in varieties which can be stacked normally or turned 180°, as well as in varieties which are disposable, or re-fillable with a washable design.
In addition to offering your drinks an elegant and special form of presentation at the POS, our plastic trays also provide the opportunity for safe and simple transportation.
Our bottle trays can be produced either in colour or transparently.
Through its design, tailored to your bottles, we make the best use of your presentation area.
Folding blister packs offer your product a secure fit inside the packaging as well as convenient handling thanks to process-safe sealing and easy opening. This type of packaging is resealable, and can optionally be fitted with Euro holes and hand holes.
One-off initial costs are reduced through constructing the base and lid in a thermoforming mould. The packaging is also optimally suited for primary contact with your product.

With our trays, and the lids which are specially designed to fit them, our customers and their consumers are guaranteed user-friendly packaging.
Both components are resealable when used together, and can be used for fresh products as well as for those with a longer shelf life. Through the use of suitable sealing film, our trays can be hermetically sealed and are thus also oil-resistant.

This means that we first of all create a 3D model of the packaging (where possible, in conjunction with your product), and make all the necessary tools in a fully-automatic way based on the data.

Class ISO 8 Cleanroom
Our comprehensive provision of services is capped off with production under cleanroom conditions. We fulfil the special demands made on hygiene and on a low-particle atmosphere thanks to a highly-modern cleanroom system at our production location in Miehlen.
Production takes place in a cleanroom which has been qualified by TÜV Süd as in line with ISO 8. Here, specially-trained technical personnel manufacture sensitive products for sectors such as the medical-technical industry, the automotive industry, the food industry, and the microelectronics industry.
Our BRC/IoP concept, which also includes HACCP, also contributes to the minimisation of particles, pests and micro-organisms in standard production.

In order to satisfy the quality demands of our customers, we have brought tailor-made quality management into play when it comes to our products, certified in accordance with the current ISO 9001:2015 standard as a matter of course.
Needless to say, we also adhere to the strict guidelines of the HACCP system, as well as the BRC/IoP.
HACCP is a guidance and control system implemented as an instrument for the guarantee of food safety. Our products are produced in compliance with the strictest hygiene regulations, and are constantly monitored.
