CAD/CAM & rapid prototyping technology
With our modern CAD/CAM technology, we can develop packaging for your products quickly and precisely!
Our “rapid prototyping” makes it possible to implement your wishes quickly and cost-effectively. A 3D model is built layer by layer based on the data from the previously created drawing. This allows you to check the appearance and functionality of your packaging and, if necessary, make adjustments before it goes into production.

In-house deep-drawing toolmaking
In deep-drawing toolmaking, various steps are taken to produce the desired component. First, the design of the component is created and then the tool design is developed. Factors such as material selection, wall thickness and shape are taken into account to ensure the best possible quality.

Clean Production according to
Class ISO 8
By manufacturing under ISO 8 cleanroom class conditions, we meet the hygiene and clean production requirements of our customers in the healthcare, food and technology sectors. We meet the special requirements for a low-particle atmosphere thanks to a modern air purification system at our Miehlen production site.
Production takes place in a production room qualified by an accredited ISO 8 certifier and is regularly monitored. Our trained specialists manufacture sensitive products for sectors such as medical technology, automotive, the food industry and microelectronics.
Our BRCGS concept, which also includes HACCP, also helps to optimize the hygiene environment in our standard production.
