Our corrugated cardboard packaging plant offers you a wide range of options in terms of colors, coatings, embossing and effect coatings.

Air-conditioned printing center
Precise prints in brilliant colors are produced in our printing center. We offer printing with up to 7 colors in flexographic printing and in the high-quality gloss printing process “gloss-o-print®”. We guarantee consistently high quality thanks to our computer-controlled ink mixing system and state-of-the-art testing procedures. You as a customer can approve the print directly at the machine.

Our service for you
CAD/CAM technology
At Heuchemer Verpackung, we use state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology for packaging development. You can either provide us with a physical product or send us digital objects in various file formats.
Based on this data, we create a virtual 3D sample. Custom-made products are designed directly in 3D by our development department and tested for functionality to ensure maximum precision.
Do you need support?
Our graphics team is at your side!
Thanks to decades of quality awareness, we offer you the corresponding expertise in the field of High Quality Postprint (HQPP for short). Based on your color specifications and color samples, we can create color tolerance charts and color-binding proofs in advance. Of course, you also receive standard colors according to HKS or Pantone. On request, we can advise you on the design of the print image.

Quality management
Customer-specific solutions with first-class product quality are implemented in our state-of-the-art printing center.
We use computerized control management and laboratory procedures to ensure quality at every step. Our climate-controlled and dust-free environment enables precise printing in brilliant colors.
With instruments such as densitometers and spectrophotometers, we set standards in the field of high quality postprint. Our printing process can produce up to 55 gloss points and we offer individual color mixtures from a maximum of 12 shades, including thermal & effect varnishes as well as metal-based colors such as real silver or gold.
